Nicole provides professional hands-on physiotherapy with a holistic approach.
Nicole graduated from the University of Sydney in 1995.
Nicole has over 20 years of physiotherapy clinical knowledge and expertise.
Nicole’s expertise includes management of all upper and lower limb injuries. She has expertise in sports specific treatment, rehabilitation, sports injury prevention, screening for sport and motor sport injuries. She has a keen interest in back, pelvis, sacroiliac joint, and hip / knee / ankle pain dysfunctions.
Nicole specialises in dance physio, including pre-pointe and dance technique assessment, dance conditioning and flexibility and tertiary dance screening. She also specialises in pregnancy related pain.
Nicole has over 20 years of experience including clinical training in the UK, where she gained valuable experience in sports physio and manual therapy for 2 years. Prior to pursuing her passion in private practice, she gained experience in public and private hospitals.
Nicole has been a casual Academic at the University of Newcastle in the School of Physiotherapy for the last 7 years.
She is also a consultant for Circus Avalon and has expert knowledge in circus physiotherapy.
During 2008 and 2009 she was the Newcastle Jets Women’s soccer team physio. She continues to treat and work with junior and senior male and female soccer player programmes.
Nicole has represented NSW in Track and Field and was selected in Australian Hockey teams. She has also represented Australia in Floorball. She competed at the World Floorball Championships in Latvia in 2001. Nicole was also physio for the Australian Womens Floorball team in 2001.
In her personal time, Nicole loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys travelling, cycling, the great outdoors and swimming.
